House Instructions

This is the location of the Copper & Kings Whiskey and Brandy Tasting. This is a timed-ticket, limited-seating event. Seating starts at 6 pm, 7 pm, and 8 pm for Tasting Event ticketholders.

About the House

Previously owned and restored by the residents of 195 Henderson Avenue, Ken Jarrett and Joan Jackson, this one-story home is now owned by Lanier Edwards. Lanier has decorated the home as a “fascinating and pulsating rendition of Bulldog heaven.”

The wide and long entrance hallway is anchored by an active Bulldog bar on University of Georgia game days. Each room has a Bulldog motif, with many photos of Georgia fans and Lanier’s friends.

On football game days, Lanier hosts guests on the porch with a roasting pig and saddles in the front yard. He shares with all who pass by on their way to Sanford Stadium.
