This month’s History Hour will delve into the mission and vision of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), a nonprofit organization formed by eligible veterans and military personnel from various branches. The VFW is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year and we look forward to learning more about them.

This event series is part of Historic Athens' mission to be a proactive force in developing a community-wide understanding of the value of historic buildings, neighborhoods, and heritage.
